Why use Sano Medical Solutions after my surgery?
Professional recovery is often the difference between a smooth, complications-free post-op experience and one that leaves a patient feeling stressed and frustrated. With today’s hectic lifestyles, patients who do not take the time to relax and adhere to activity restrictions may incur impediments during the recovery process which can lead to further complications and longer “down time”. Scheduling a two or three night stay using a professional aftercare company, Sano Medical Solutions, is an effective way to manage the post-op process, ensuring the patients’ safety and peace of mind.
What is included in the price?
The price covers a pick up from the surgical center after the operation and delivery to Sano Medical Solutions, 24/7 medical supervision as well as delivery to post-op appointments. It also includes a full menu (breakfast, lunch and dinner of your choice) and all from our hotel recovery retreat amenities.
Do I need to bring extra money with me?
The rates do not include incidentals, such as phone calls, extra food orders or extra medical supply.
When and how are fees paid?
We will get in touch with you prior to your stay at Sano Medical Solutions to confirm your reservation with us. When we call please be so kind as to provide us with your preferred method of payment. We need to have your card on file in order to secure your reservation as well as for hotel incidentals, however, you will not be charged until 24 hours prior to check-in.
What should I bring with me?
Sano Medical Solutions will provide you with everything you may need (a gown, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc.). We suggest you bring cozy clothes you will feel comfortable in depending on the nature of your operation as well as your personal toiletries.

I need a car while I am there?
All transportation from the surgery center as well as to post-op appointments is provided by Sano Medical Solutions . Usually upon discharge from Sano Medical Solutions patients are picked up either by friends or family since the patients are still rather vulnerable after the operation and are on medication. Additional transportation provided at additional costs.
What is the recommended length of stay?
It all depends on the procedures involved. Whether it is a short stay or a long one we will do our utmost best to revive you in a time given. Should you decide to prolong your stay at Sano Medical Solutions we will gladly facilitate your needs.
How can family and friends contact or visit me during my stay?
Anyone may visit or call our patients simply by dialing 713-999-1963 and asking for the room number. If you expect visitors, do let us know and we will ensure access to your room. Visiting hours are 8am to 8pm.
Can I bring a pet with me?
Pets are not allowed in our recovery center facility due to an increased risk of infection and destruction.
Do I need to bring any medication with me?
Please bring all medications that you are currently taking unless specified otherwise by a doctor as well as the medication prescribed by your surgeon. You may also be advised by a doctor to acquire relevant homeopathic remedies (ex: arnica) prior to the operation.
I am a vegetarian/ kosher/ halal. Can you accommodate my needs?
Let us know beforehand what your preferences might be and we will make sure all your needs are met. Extra charges may apply.
I have food allergies. Can you accommodate my needs?

I am not from Houston Can I stay at Sano Medical Solutions prior to my operation?
No problem! Stay at our hotels with access to all amenities. A lot of our out of town patients prefer to arrive prior to the operation to give themselves enough time to settle in, unpack and take a rest before the operation date. Our pre-op stay charge is $475 per night with and extra $100 charge for an extra person
